DealStream is a free Chrome and Edge extension that lets you save real-estate listings from Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, and Homes.com to your DealLens deal pipeline. This page explains exactly what data DealStream collects, why, and who can see it.

What DealStream reads

DealStream only reads the listing page you are actively viewing, and only when you click "Save to DealStream". When you click Save, the extension reads:

The listing URL
The street address
The list price
Beds, baths, and square footage
The primary listing photo

DealStream does not record your browsing history, scrape pages you do not save, or send any data to our servers until you click Save.

How that data is used

Saved listings are stored locally on your device so they appear in the DealStream popup.
If you are signed in with a DealLens account, the same listings are synced to your DealLens dashboard so you can underwrite them (cap rate, comps, rent estimates, ARV, PDF export).
If you opt in to price-drop alerts on a listing, DealStream will re-check that listing's list price once per day and notify you when it changes.

Sharing with DealLens

DealStream and DealLens are operated by the same company. Saved deals are shared with the DealLens account you sign in with. If you do not sign in, saved deals stay local to your device only. You can clear them at any time by removing the extension or clicking "Remove" in the popup.

What DealStream does not do

We never sell your data to third parties.
We never use saved listings for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
We never run on any site outside the supported listing portals plus dealstream.wetyr.com and deallens.wetyr.com.
We do not collect your password for any portal - DealStream reads only the public listing details visible on the page.

Account information

If you sign in with a DealLens account, we store your email address and an API token issued by DealLens. The API token is used to authenticate save and alert requests. You can revoke it at any time in your DealLens dashboard.
